He is a bold, operations-focused executive leader, with certifications including ICF PCC executive coach, MIT Neuroscience for Business, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and Agile Methodology Coach. Dan has led and supported teams and cultures in over 90 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Dan is also a board member and partner in the parent company of Great Place To Work – UK and Africa.

Experience
Dan’s leadership and experience span globally across consulting, executive leadership, and board of director roles, and includes privately held, government, public, and private equity-owned organizations. Dan was most recently CHRO for the largest glass recycler in North America, CHRO for a global Oil & Gas services company, and Executive Director of Global Shared Services supporting over 60,000 employees. Dan is also on the Board of Directors for People Productivity Services(the Parent company of Great Place to Work in the U.K. and Africa).
