Kunle Malomo is the founder of MSY Analytics Group and People Productivity Solutions, a group holding company and serves on the Leadership Council of Great Place To Work.
Kunle previously worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group where he focused on growth strategy engagements in technology and consumer electronics segments, before proceeding to lead the Product Development in the Solutions practice of the Corporate Executive Board (NYSE : CEB acquired by Gartner for $2.6 Billion).
Kunle also served as Head of Growth Implementation Solutions practice of the West Coast US practice of Frost & Sullivan and led the firm’s Innovation Consortium for the Oil & Gas industry.
Kunle was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its 40 under 40. Kunle served as a volunteer entrepreneurship instructor at JHDC’s Haggai Business School (2007-2011) and Dean of the Redeemer Business School for which he was recognized by the Governor of Maryland, USA. Kunle also guest lectured and evaluated student business plans in the Entrepreneurship in Africa course (AAAS 212) at Harvard University from 2015 to 2017.
Kunle completed an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he won Henry Morgenthau and Shils Zeidman fellowships and Whitney M. Young new venture competition. Kunle also holds a BSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering.
Kunle has also completed several Executive Educations programs at Stanford University Medicine (Employee Wellness), Harvard Business School (Corporate Restructuring Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity); Financing High Technology Start ups at Stanford University, Re-inventing business strategy at MIT, Designing AI product (MIT xPro), Cambridge University ( Executive Coaching), Project Management at Oxford University UK, Digital Marketing Ai, Automation and Analytics and Managing Sales Tool kits ( Northwestern Kellogg School of Management), Advanced Management Program at Yale, Mergers and Acquisitions at Columbia University.
